Delete your FamDisplay account

Delete it yourself

1. Sign in at famdisplay.com/login on a phone or computer.
2. Open Setup, then Account & billing.
3. Scroll to Delete and choose Delete account.
4. Type your email address to confirm, then choose Permanently delete account.

Your account is deleted straight away and any paid plan is cancelled, so you won't be charged again. Tablets paired to your family stop showing it and go back to their pairing screen.

Or ask us to do it

Email privacy@famdisplay.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in and profile (name and email address)
• Your family's displays and the people on them, including names and photos
• Connected calendars and every synced calendar event
• Routines, to-dos, chores, points and rewards
• Meals, grocery lists, countdowns, and travel places and photos
• Paired tablets and their pairing codes

What is kept

• A one-way hash of the email address that started a free trial, so each family gets one trial. It can't be turned back into your email address.
• Payment records held by our payment processor, Stripe, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Copies in encrypted backups, which are gone within 30 days.
