Set up your display

Open the iPad app
Download FamDisplay from the App Store and open it on your iPad.

Pair your device
Enter the 6-digit code shown on your iPad at famdisplay.com/pair to connect it.

Common Questions
My pairing code expired
Codes expire after 15 minutes for security. The app will automatically show a new code. Just use the fresh code to pair.
Display not updating
The display auto-refreshes every 5 minutes. To manually refresh, tap the gear icon in the corner and select 'Refresh Now'. Also check your internet connection.
How do I disconnect a device
On your iPad, tap the gear icon and select 'Disconnect'. You can also remove devices from the web at famdisplay.com in your account settings.
Calendar not syncing
Make sure you've granted calendar permissions. For Google Calendar, try disconnecting and reconnecting. For ICS feeds, verify the URL is correct and publicly accessible.
How do I cancel my subscription
For web subscriptions, go to Settings > Billing in the app. For App Store subscriptions, manage them through your Apple ID settings on your device.
